Haz clic en la clase que elijas para ver los horarios de clase e inscribirte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"u115038-2\">C\u00f3mo empezar con las clases VIRTUALES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u115038-9\"><strong>Paso 1.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/\">Descarga Zoom<\/a> en tu dispositivo m\u00f3vil u ordenador y crea una cuenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u115038-13\"><strong>Paso 2.<\/strong>  A la hora de la clase, haz clic en el enlace de la clase que aparece en tu correo electr\u00f3nico de inscripci\u00f3n para unirte a la clase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u115038-17\"><strong>Paso 3.<\/strong>  Introduce el ID de la reuni\u00f3n y la contrase\u00f1a, y con\u00e9ctate si es necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u115038-21\"><strong>Paso 4.<\/strong>  Si est\u00e1s en el m\u00f3vil, selecciona &#8220;Conectar utilizando audio de Internet&#8221;. Si est\u00e1s en un ordenador de sobremesa, selecciona &#8220;Usar el audio del ordenador&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u115038-25\"><strong>Paso 5.<\/strong>  Encender el v\u00eddeo es opcional. Si tu v\u00eddeo est\u00e1 encendido, el instructor puede verte y darte orientaci\u00f3n y apoyo durante el entrenamiento. Sin embargo, tu audio debe estar encendido para o\u00edr la clase.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"u115038-28\">Todos los participantes ser\u00e1n silenciados por el instructor cuando comience la clase, de modo que nadie m\u00e1s pueda o\u00edr tu audio.
