KROC COMMUNITY ASSISTED MEMBERSHIPS
The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center is pleased to provide a community-assisted membership program to help provide access to The Kroc Community Center. It was Joan Kroc’s vision and expectation that all individuals have equal opportunities to grow their natural gifts and talents. Scholarships are available for all memberships and programs.
The Kroc Community Assisted Membership Program provides memberships and classes at a discounted rate based on household income.

How to Apply for a Kroc Community Assisted Membership (CAM)
- Download a Community Assisted Membership Application. You can also pick one up at the Membership Services Desk.
- Attach all verification documents to your completed application. This includes all documents that best reflect the gross annual salary income of all adult household members: most recent tax income statement (form 1040) or Social Security Letter will be required, but supplemental documents can include check stubs, unemployment statement, disability incomes, food stamps award letter, alimony, child support income.
- Return your completed application with attached verification documents to the Membership Services Desk during regular business hours. The majority of Community Assistance applications are reviewed on the spot and your membership can be created right away.
- Community assistance is granted for one year, reflecting the day you start your CAM assistance.


How to Renew Your Community Assisted Membership (CAM)
- Community assistance is granted for one year, reflecting the day you start your CAM assistance.
- You will be notified one (1) month prior to the expiration date of your CAM assistance.
- Download a Community Assisted Membership Application or pick one up at the Membership Services Desk.
- Attach all verification documents to your completed application. This includes all documents that best reflect the gross annual salary income of all adult household members: most recent income tax statement (form 1040) or Social Security letter will be required, but supplemental documents can include check stubs, unemployment statement, disability incomes, food stamps award letter, alimony, and child support income.
- Return your completed application with attached household income verification to the Membership Services Desk.
- Renewals are reviewed on the spot and the majority of the CAM assistance can be renewed immediately once approved.
