It’s our mission to ensure that you have the opportunity to access programs, classes and resources to help you transform your life. At the Kroc, you’ll have access to Group Fitness Classes for all ages and skill levels, Fitness Assessments to keep you on track, and Personal Trainers to help you find your fit.

To ensure everyone in our community has access to these transformational services all of our group fitness classes are free to members and day pass customers. Plus, members receive discounts on personal training and free Kroc Starts and Wellness Consultations.

Train and tighten all regions of the lower body and core with this toning class. Workout will focus on the abs, glutes, legs, and lower back using light weights, bands, and body resistance.

This class focuses on strength and power using a barbell with adjustable weightsstrong emphasis on proper form and technique while building functional strength. You’ll move through squats, lunges, chest and overhead presses, as well as tricep dips, and bicep hammer and side arm curls. The intensity of Barbell Strength depends on how much weight you add to the bar. Start easy, you can always increase the weight later! All levels.

Barre is a total body sculpting workout combining yoga, Pilates, strength training, and ballet. Classes are lowimpact, emphasizing toning of all major muscle groups, while set to fun and motivating music. All levels.

Limited on time and need that extra push? Our boot camps are designed to keep you on your toes! Each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone! We will challenge you every class! We want you to have fun but be prepared for some highintensity training! Intermediate to advanced.

This 45-minute ride on our stationary bikes will incorporate resistance, cardio, and endurance. Music will motivate, and everyone will have control over intensity.

Hop on a stationary bike for 30 minutes of cycling with bilingual music and disco balls. This low-impact class is excellent for your joints, knees, and ankles, and will strengthen your legs and cardiovascular endurance. Suitable for all levels.

Start your day off right with this fun cycling class. Head out on a journey as this class incorporates flats, steady hills, sprints and interval training, and spending time in and out of the saddle. All levels.

Whether you’re a serious cyclist or just love the calorie burn of Spinning, this is the class for you! This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints, and other drills to give you a great interval workout, all to energizing music! Upper body strength and core components are added off the bike incorporating weights. This class is aimed at improving muscular endurance and bone strength. Intermediate to advanced.

Kickstart your fitness journey while having fun performing functional exercises that tone and strengthen your major muscle groups. May include weights, resistance bands, stability balls, and chairs (optional). Suitable for all fitness levels.

In this class, we will prepare the body for real-life movements and activities by mastering the basic movement patterns such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting. The goal, move freely in everyday life without pain and worry of injury. A variety of equipment will be used such as bands, weights, yoga mats, and self-myofascial release tools for a full-body workout.

This class incorporates Tabata®, a highly popular exercise for those who are looking for a fast and effective workout, guaranteed to make you sweat. Total body work out that uses a variety of equipment. All levels.

Has a full week of workouts left your muscles feeling sore and tight? Join us for Move Well to optimize your mobility, reduce muscle soreness, and increase workout efficacy. An instructor will coach you through various self-myofascial release (SMR) techniques using a foam roller, trigger point ball, and bodyweight movements to help you move and feel better.

Focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility, balance, and functional strength. Specific techniques are dedicated to strengthening muscles and increasing range of motion for daily activities. Equipment includes hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball or band. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Zumba® provides a total workout, combining all elements of fitness—cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Zumba Gold® is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba® class and was designed to meet the needs of seniors.

WATER FITNESS

Here at the Kroc we make full use of our pools with a variety of fitness and sports classes. Our Aqua Fitness classes are drop-in, and included in membership, or available to the public through the purchase of a Day Pass. Our Aqua Sports classes can be registered for in advance online. Aqua Barre is a total body conditioning workout. This workout combines the best of ballet/dance techniques, yoga postures, and functional strength training with a cardio conditioning burst that will get your heart pumping. Suitable for all levels.

Inspired by Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP), AquaBase® Boards combine yoga-inspired and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises, including planks, burpees, and mountain climbers, performed atop a specially designed board. We are the first in Wisconsin with AquaBase® Boards and are excited for everyone to get a chance at them! Suitable for all levels.

Aqua Cycling is a low-impact cardio workout that is easy on your joints but still gets your heart rate up! Go at your own pacethe water creates natural resistance to make your workout as intense as you want. It’s as easy as riding a bike! Suitable for all levels. *Be sure to bring your water shoes to participate in this class.

Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss! It’s a perfect class for those looking to make a splash by adding a lowimpact, highenergy, aquatic exercise to their fitness routine.

This lowimpact class is performed in deeper water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. You will perform cardio and strength exercises, with the aid of water dumbbells and flotation belts, while suspended in the water. Suitable for all levels.

A class based on the principles and exercise recommendations of the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Exercise program, Joint Movement focuses on using water resistance and flotation aids to open joints and strengthen surrounding muscles and tissues. The water allows for increased range of motion, gentle stretching, balance, and postural awareness. This is an ideal class for people of all ages who suffer from arthritis, muscular and joint discomfort, or recovering from a hip, knee, or shoulder injury. Suitable for Beginners and deconditioned individuals.

Low-impact and water resistance exercises taught by certified instructors in SilverSneakers® programming. Great for older adults who desire the benefits of water exercise and a healthy social environment. Exercises will include a range of movements designed to improve blood flow, strength, speed, balance, postural awareness, agility, coordination, endurance, and flexibility.

A class designed for those looking to take their aquatics exercise to the next level! Water Works include choreographed exercises with highenergy, family friendly music. You’ll get a mix of cardio and strength throughout this class, interspersed with active recovery periods. Participants will use a variety of water resistance aids to improve strength and endurance. Through it all, we emphasize fun! Suitable for all levels.
