It’s our mission to ensure that you have the opportunity to access programs, classes and resources to help you transform your life. At the Kroc, you’ll have access to Group Fitness Classes for all ages and skill levels, Fitness Assessments to keep you on track, and Personal Trainers to help you find your fit.
To ensure everyone in our community has access to these transformational services all of our group fitness classes are free to members and day pass customers. Plus, members receive discounts on personal training and free Kroc Starts and Wellness Consultations.

At the Kroc we want members to be empowered to transform their lives and discover new passions. We’re proud to offer a wide range of classes which will challenge you no matter your fitness level. This class focuses on strength and power using a barbell with adjustable weights—strong emphasis on proper form and technique while building functional strength. You’ll move through squats, lunges, chest and overhead presses, as well as tricep dips, and bicep hammer and side arm curls. The intensity of Barbell Strength depends on how much weight you add to the bar. Start easy, you can always increase the weight later! All levels.
Limited on time and need that extra push? Our boot camps are designed to keep you on your toes! Each class is designed to be different and push you out of your comfort zone! We will challenge you every class! We want you to have fun but be prepared for some high–intensity training! Intermediate to advanced.
Dance, sweat, and smile-all from your chair! This fun, low-impact class uses Latin-inspired music and seated movements to boost your heart rate, improve coordi- nation, and lift your spirits. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
Whether you’re a serious cyclist or just love the calorie burn of Spinning, this is the class for you! This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints, and other drills to give you a great interval workout, all to energizing music! Upper body strength and core components are added off the bike incorporating weights. This class is aimed at improving muscular endurance and bone strength. Intermediate to advanced.
Combines the strength and body-lengthening aspects of Pilates with the core-focused and stretching elements of yoga, all seamlessly paired with a low-impact, move-to-move cardio flow. This energizing class boosts endurance, builds core strength, and enhances flexibility. Perfect for all fitness levels—come ready to move, strengthen, and stretch.
In this class, we will prepare the body for real-life movements and activities by mastering the basic movement patterns such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting. The goal, move freely in everyday life without pain and worry of injury. A variety of equipment will be used such as bands, weights, yoga mats, and self-myofascial release tools for a full-body workout.
Has a full week of workouts left your muscles feeling sore and tight? Join us for Move Well to optimize your mobility, reduce muscle soreness, and increase workout efficacy. An instructor will coach you through various self-myofascial release (SMR) techniques using a foam roller, trigger point ball, and bodyweight movements to help you move and feel better.
Focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility, balance, and functional strength. Specific techniques are dedicated to strengthening muscles and increasing range of motion for daily activities. Equipment includes hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball or band. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise that builds a strong core, strength, flexibility, and endurance. This workout harnesses the way your body naturally moves to improve your athletic performance. This class is amped up to also include low–impact cardio and barre work. All levels.
WELLNESS & SMALL GROUP
60 MINUTES | 8 WEEKS | AGES: ALL
Our Prevea Parkinson’s Wellness program offers a fitness regimen designed to enhance functional movement. Each class includes 30 minutes of walking (treadmill, track, or other cardio modification) and 30 minutes of functional exercise led by trained Kroc Center staff. We place an emphasis on managing symptoms and improving quality of life, while creating a space to manage individual needs and abilities. Quarterly assessments will help participants and instructors track progress and make adjustments as needed.

Ready to build strength and confidence in the gym? Join Courtney Staudinger, certified personal trainer and exercise specialist, in this 7-week small group class designed to teach you the fundamentals of strength training in a safe and supportive environment.
Participants will learn:
- Effective warm-up and muscle activation techniques
- Core stabilization and balance exercises
- Upper body exercises including pushing, pulling, and pressing
- Lower body exercises including squatting, lunging, and hinging
- Proper cool-down and stretching exercises

WATER FITNESS
Here at the Kroc we make full use of our pools with a variety of fitness and sports classes. Our Aqua Fitness classes are drop-in, and included in membership, or available to the public through the purchase of a Day Pass. Our Aqua Sports classes can be registered for in advance online. Inspired by Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP), AquaBase® Boards combine yoga-inspired and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises, including planks, burpees, and mountain climbers, performed atop a specially designed board. We are the first in Wisconsin with AquaBase® Boards and are excited for everyone to get a chance at them! Suitable for all levels.
Aqua Cycling is a low-impact cardio workout that is easy on your joints but still gets your heart rate up! Go at your own pace—the water creates natural resistance to make your workout as intense as you want. It’s as easy as riding a bike! Suitable for all levels. *Be sure to bring your water shoes to participate in this class.
This low-impact class combines yoga poses with the buoyancy properties of water but with even less stress on your joints and muscles. Improve your strength, balance, and range of motion by performing variations of yoga poses, breath work and meditation. Great for beginners, seniors, or those requiring modifications.
A class based on the principles and exercise recommendations of the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Exercise program, Joint Movement focuses on using water resistance and flotation aids to open joints and strengthen surrounding muscles and tissues. The water allows for increased range of motion, gentle stretching, balance, and postural awareness. This is an ideal class for people of all ages who suffer from arthritis, muscular and joint discomfort, or recovering from a hip, knee, or shoulder injury. Suitable for Beginners and deconditioned individuals.
Low-impact and water resistance exercises taught by certified instructors in SilverSneakers® programming. Great for older adults who desire the benefits of water exercise and a healthy social environment. Exercises will include a range of movements designed to improve blood flow, strength, speed, balance, postural awareness, agility, coordination, endurance, and flexibility.
A class designed for those looking to take their aquatics exercise to the next level! Water Works include choreographed exercises with high–energy, family friendly music. You’ll get a mix of cardio and strength throughout this class, interspersed with active recovery periods. Participants will use a variety of water resistance aids to improve strength and endurance. Through it all, we emphasize fun! Suitable for all levels.
